- Six heads of Garlic

(Not cloves. Heads. Seriously. It's a LOT of garlic.)

- 1/2 cup of Radical Foods Ranch

- Drizzle of Olive Oil

- One long loaf of French Bread

- Parsley for garnish

This simple recipe explodes with deep roasted garlic flavor and is the perfect accompaniment to many family dinners. If cut into bite-size pieces it also makes a great appetizer for dinner parties.

Roasted Garlic and Ranch Bread



- Preheat the oven to 350 F.

- Cut the tips off the garlic cloves and place them on foil or parchment paper.

- Drizzle them with olive oil and enclose them fully in the foil/parchment.

- Roast for about 45 minutes, or until the garlic is soft and slightly browned.

- Remove it from the oven and let cool.

- Slice the bread lengthwise.

- Adjust the oven temperature to 425 F.

- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and into a bowl. Mash thoroughly. 

- Add the Ranch to the bowl and mix.

- Slather the garlic-Ranch paste onto the bread.

- Bake at 425 F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

- Garnish with fresh parsley.
