Your Inquiries Answered
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Absolutely, always. All the way down to the sugar and lactic acid, we make sure that every ingredient we use contains no animal-based ingredients or byproducts.
Are your products gluten free?
None of our Radical Sauces & Dressings division products are made with gluten-containing ingredients. However, the facility where our products are made and bottled does also make some products containing gluten, so we can't guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.
However, all of our Radical Dough division products do contain gluten.
How can I get my hands on your Radical Dough products?
Radical Dough vegan doughnuts and chocolate chip cookie cakes are available at select farmer's market or pop-up locations. To find out where we'll be, keep an eye on our social media pages.
We also accept orders for special events on a limited basis. Check our contact info page for details.
What is Aquafaba?
Aquafaba is a fun vegan ingredient that functions like eggs, whipping and giving products the texture and body we expect from egg-based products. What is it? Well... this is going to sound weird, but it's the liquid drained out of a can of chickpeas. It's basically bean water. The next time you crack a can, keep that stuff and see what you can make with it!
What can I do with New York State sauce?
A better question might be what CAN'T you do with it? This stuff has an incredible amount of uses. Around here, we like to use it as a dip, pour it on roasted veggies like brussels sprouts or carrots, or use it as a veggie-filled base for mac and cheese by adding your favorite non-dairy margarine and some plant-based shreds. We have recipes coming soon.
Why aren't your products available at X store?
We'd LOVE to be everywhere, but we're just getting started. If there's a particular store where you want to see Radical Foods products carried, please politely reach out to the store and request they carry them.
I'm obsessed with your products and want merch. Where can I get it?
We're also obsessed with our products, so that's why we opened a shop on RedBubble! We love this well-known Print On Demand website because they allow us to slap our awesome designs on tons of different kinds of products without us having to open up a storage unit to hold everything. That way your merch is always hot off the presses, not dusty and hauled around to events in the back of our van. Hey, we're just starting out, cut us some slack. Anyway, want T-Shirts? Hoodies? Hats?
